Chef James and Chef Zachary will be combining their culinary talents through a multi-course wine dinner, featuring items like Galit’s beloved hummus with roasted lamb bulgogi banchan, a cucumber and melon salad with ramps, and smoked turkey shawarma with sweet potato and medjool date.
