The Midwest’s premier culinary celebration – the Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival – returns to DeVos Place, November 20-21 just in time for the holiday season. General Admission and Pairing tickets are on sale now at GRWineFestival.com.

New this year, the Festival brings all the foods and beverages together in one exciting epicurean space inside the Devos Place Exhibit Halls A & B (see Festival Floorplan). Explore at your own pace and discover something new around every corner. Whether you’re searching for a favorite wine, curious to try a new craft beer, looking for the perfect cider or ready to explore something completely unexpected, you’ll never have to look far for your next pour. Along the way, pause for a small plate, join a curated tasting session, discover a featured experience, or simply take in the energy of the Festival. With so much to see, taste, and experience in one space, you can easily create your own progressive tasting journey—one sip, one bite, and one discovery at a time.

“Most of our guests attend the Festival as a couple or with small groups of family or friends, and over the last few years many have shared with us that they didn’t like splitting up to find the beverage of their choice,” notes Dawn Baker, Associate Festival Manager. “We’ve reimagined the Festival experience to bring everything together with unique spaces and a chill yet energized vibe that we hope everyone will enjoy.”

This annual event kicks off on Thursday, November 19, with the Cheers for Charity from 6- 9 p.m., benefiting Hospice of Michigan. This elegant evening features an intimate and upscale experience featuring restaurants and specialty food producers serving mouth-watering small plates, and a curated list of beverages (wine, beer, and spirits). “Cheers for Charity” tickets are $150 per person (which includes 150 tasting tickets good for beverage and/or food samples which can be used throughout the festival), benefiting Specialized Veteran Services.

General Admission tickets are $25 per person, per day with festival hours running from 4-9pm on Friday, November 20, and 2-9pm on Saturday, November 21. When you arrive at the Festival, you will receive a Festival wristband, and any tasting tickets you purchased with admission will be loaded onto your band and ready to use.
