The Plaza Bar is hosting watch parties on select match days (schedule below). The open-air lounge set against the Sonoran Desert has a special food menu built for the tournament, including:
● Plaza Dog: Nueskes smoked sausage, brioche bun, jalapeno bacon jam, onion relish, garlic aioli, guindilla pepper
● Birria Quesadilla: Short rib, cotija, avocado crema, consommé, pickled red onion, lime, salsa roja
● Maple Wing: Miso Maple glaze, sesame, maple spice, scallion
As well as themed cocktails mixed from the world class bar:
● Home Field Advantage: Jim Beam, lemonade, Fever Tree soda
● Empress of the Pitch: Empress 1908 indigo gin, lemon, cane syrup, sparkling wine
● La Copa Margarita: Casamigos blanco tequila, lime, agave
They will also be showing the final rounds in July, but the June watch party schedule is as follows:
● June 16 at 6pm (Argentina vs. Algeria)
● June 18 at 6pm (Mexico vs. South Korea)
● June 19 at 5:30pm (Brazil vs. Haiti)
● June 24 at 6pm (Czech Republic vs. Mexico)
● June 25 at 7pm (Turkey vs. USA)
● June 26 at 5pm (Uruguay vs. Spain)
